Business Owners:
Turn your business into software that runs without you.
I map how every department runs, find what AI should take over, and build it — until the business runs itself and calls you only when a human is needed.
No purchase. If the answer for your business is to do nothing, I will tell you that.
Who it’s forOwners of established businesses who are still the one who knows how everything runs — and franchisors and multi-location operators whose model runs in many places.
What I do
I take a business from one person managing everything to an organization that runs — then you start the next one.
The levels of your business
What you get
Stage one maps your whole business before anything gets built.
Every department
How each department meets the AI transformation, in priority order — and why that order.
Every piece of software
How each tool you use actually works, and what AI needs from it: a plain prompt, a guided prompt, or fully built logic.
The AI teams you could run
The teams of AI agents you could put together once everything is built.
We also map your business’s health
Your website53% leave a slow page
The numbers53% of mobile visitors leave a page that takes more than three seconds to load.Google, The Need for Mobile Speed, 2016
Butmost business sites were built once and never measured — slow pages, no clear next step, and forms nobody checks.
Before, you’reguessing why the site “doesn’t do much” and paying for redesigns that change the colours and nothing else.
So wemeasure your site’s speed and where visitors drop off, fix the pages that lose people, and wire every form into your follow-up.
After, youhave a site that turns visitors into booked conversations while you sleep.
Your marketing5% more retention, 25–95% more profit
The numbersRaising customer retention by 5% raises profits by 25% to 95%.Frederick Reichheld, Bain & Company — Harvard Business Review, 2014
Butmost businesses spend their marketing chasing strangers and never market to the customers they already have.
Before, you’repaying for new clicks every month to replace customers you already won.
So wemap who already buys from you, then set up automated email and text campaigns that bring them back — offers, reminders, reorders.
After, youhave customers who come back on their own schedule.
Your reviewsone more star, 5–9% more revenue
The numbersOne extra star on Yelp brings a restaurant 5% to 9% more revenue — and 93% of consumers expect a business to respond to its reviews.Michael Luca, Harvard Business School, 2011 · BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey, 2025
Butmost businesses don’t ask for reviews, have no reputation management, and have never gone back to their happy customers to ask.
Before, you’reremembering to ask, chasing customers for a star, and finding a bad review a month after it went up.
So webuild a reactivation automation, an automatic review ask after every job, and automated reputation management — it reads every review, answers the routine ones, and alerts you when something negative needs you.
After, youhave a reputation system that harvests and manages your reviews by itself.
Speed to lead7× more likely to qualify within the hour
The numbersBusinesses that respond to a lead within an hour are nearly 7 times as likely to qualify it as those that wait even an hour longer — and 60 times as likely as those that wait a day.Harvard Business Review, “The Short Life of Online Sales Leads”, 2011
Butthe same study found the average response took 42 hours, and 23% of companies never responded at all.
Before, you’recalling people back the next day, after they’ve already hired someone else.
So weconnect every lead source — forms, calls, messages — to an instant response that answers, qualifies and books, then sends you the details.
After, youreach every lead while they are still deciding.
After-hours support62% of calls went unanswered
The numbers62% of calls to small businesses were not answered by a person.411 Locals, study of 85 businesses over 30 days, 2016
Butnights, weekends, lunch hours and busy days all go to voicemail — and a caller who reaches voicemail can simply call the next business on the list.
Before, you’rehiring someone to sit by the phone, or listening to voicemails at 10pm.
So weset up an AI receptionist that answers every call and message around the clock, books appointments straight into your calendar, and hands you anything it shouldn’t handle.
After, younever lose a job because nobody picked up.
Lead generation76% of nearby searches visit within a day
The numbers76% of people who search on their phone for something nearby visit a business within a day, and 28% of those searches end in a purchase.Google, Think with Google, 2016
Butmost businesses don’t know which searches, ads or referrals their customers actually come from — so they can’t do more of what works.
Before, you’retrying every new platform someone recommends and hoping one sticks.
So wetrack where every lead comes from, then put effort and automation behind the channels that already bring you paying customers.
After, youknow where your next customers come from, and get more of them from there.
Lead nurturefollow-up beats timing
The numbersUp to six follow-up calls at planned intervals raised contact and conversion rates far more than calling at the “best” time of day.Velocify, lead follow-up study, 2016
Butmost leads get one attempt, maybe two, and then they sit forgotten in a spreadsheet or an inbox.
Before, you’resitting on a CRM full of names nobody called back.
So webuild follow-up sequences — calls, texts and emails on a schedule — that keep going until the lead books or says no.
After, youhave every lead worked to a real answer.
Content presence2.7× more likely to look reputable
The numbersCustomers are 2.7 times more likely to consider a business reputable when its Google Business Profile is complete — and 70% more likely to visit it.Google / Ipsos, 2017
Butmost businesses set up their profile once, post nothing, and leave hours, photos and services out of date.
Before, you’rewriting posts at night, or leaving your profile the way it was set up three years ago.
So wekeep your profile, posts and content current with an AI content system that drafts from what your business actually does, for you to approve.
After, youshow up complete and active wherever customers look.
And your SOPs
Which procedures you already have and what each one involves. That tells us whether any of them need a rebuild or an audit — those become customizations, a separate step.
What it becomes
So your business becomes software that knows when to call you.
1 · Foundation
Make individual parts of the business AI-integrated — map, implement, iterate.
Key workflows are understood and meaningfully AI-integrated.
2 · Hardening
Connect and strengthen the whole — integrate across, then build what the market can’t provide.
A connected, resilient, and scalable AI-enabled operation.
3 · Closure
Operate as a coherent AI-enabled organization — one governed environment for people, agents, tools, data and processes.
A self-contained, governed AI operating system for your business.
Where it starts
Fragmented. Manual. Reactive. Unclear.
Where it ends
More capability. Less friction. Real results.
One top-down software that knows when to call outside to humans. You become the company that sells your own company to yourself — and all you do is rapidly expand.
Who helps you
Isaac Wostrel-RubinFounder of TWI
I map how your business currently runs — department by department, role by role, system by system. Then I find where AI helps by saving you money or time. You cannot automate a box you cannot draw.
I do two sessions per month, mapping out the pains or processes you want help with. I recommend AI services from other providers, different architecture and implementation designs, and give you a 0-to-1 roadmap for turning your business into a system of SOPs with AI integrations. I also build custom integrations. Book a call for either.
How I got here
I have worked in AI since 2023, when my first job was building agents for a film production company. I came to it from philosophy. As an undergraduate I studied ontologies — the discipline of deciding what things are and how they relate to each other — and that turned out to be the job. Before you can automate how a business works, somebody has to map what it actually is. So I kept mapping.
Since then I have built software, agents, automations, SOPs, second brains, a logic engine and a lot of ontologies. Right now I am building a Digital Twin of an Organization: one live model of how a business runs, that its people and its AI both work from.
Find what is worth doing. Then do it.
No purchase. If the answer for your business is to do nothing, I will tell you that.
